Thanks for an interesting story. From what you've told us, the Falun Gong are innocuous and, perhaps, practicing something worthwhile. I wonder why, however, the Estonian Government would invite them to Estonia, as you say, "to set up their belief practise". This is a curious matter, indeed, and I wonder what the Government wishes to achieve with this.
