Thanks for the posting Paul. I think you provide a lot of interesting details to the vacuum created by the loss on our beloved Alexei. Perhaps you are considering a change of religion-to orthodoxy, presuming you well-found knowledge of the subject. I think it would be a big win for the Church if you did make a move in that direction.
You've shot your mouth off about just about everything that's none of your business.
Yet, as a parishoner in the Orthodox church, you've avoided addressing the fact that your recently-deceased Patriarch, Alexius II, was also a KGB agent and, whether that's good or bad.
How about his replacement, in your judgement? Should he be a Putin-man? Or, a man of God?
The world awaits your wisdom.

You criticize me for saying something, tell me to keep my mouth shut and then say go ahead-tell us what you think of this or that. I find you slightly hypocritical, but I'll let it pass this time as you being bad-tempered.
No one has told you that you have no right to express an opinion here.
Reasonably, we expect informed opinion. (Not a blanket denial of the crimes of communism, for example.)
In addition, we expect some restraint. This is not the place to work out your (possibly, justified) grudges against Canada's Estonian community. (So, we're not interested in your lectures about our men-folk as Nazi-sympathisers, our women-folk as sluts, Lutherans as Estonia's cultural trash and so on and on, ad nauseum.

Right on! And long over due!
Maxim shouldn't be wasting his time here when he should be under psychiatric care.

The editor of the web-site is Vaado Sarapuu. He has the right to erase unacceptable comments. Rarely, does he do so and I wonder why.
About a month ago, for example, Maxim denied the crimes of Soviet communism (apart from those against Party members in 1937). Now, why in the world would Vaado let something so patently false and imflamatory stand?
Vaado! Speak up, please!

Vaado doesn't answer to the like of you, my dear. As it happens, there have been comments erased from this site. Is it any surprise that they were comments derogatory of myself? Nevertheless these filthy comments were erased as soon as possible! I think Vaado does a good enough job as it is without you whining that he should be doing more. Besides, closer inspection of this column will reveal more lies said about me, but in order to protect individual freedom let them remain for the lowdown value they possess.
