The city report from the January 20 planning meeting appears to state that building height restrictions for Broadview Ave lots 5,000 sq m or more is to be only 8 storeys. Will this Esto House 2.0 plan be feasible if Toronto will limit the building to 8 storeys, and if it requires the old school house to be restored or preserved in some significant manner?

These restrictions are not in force, just being considered hence the reason for an expedited "process"
