Just curious, who are the "EWR editors" and who wrote this article?
Why is there a need for anonymity for these people when everyone else is clamoring for more transparency?
Most of us realize the Vaado Saarapu is the "Peatoimetaja", but who are the others?

Look at the top of the article. It says that Tauno Mölder wrote it.
I wrote the article.
The EWR editors are a group of people from Canada, USA, Estonia, Sweden, Germany, Great Britain, etc who each contribute for their respective country. Sometime there is only one person from particular country, sometime more. I'm one of the Canadian editors.

Here is my initial question:
How much could stages of improving/rebuilding 958 Broadview cost over the years?
Just to get the ball rolling (I'm no architect), here are some possible stages:
Stage 1: replacing boiler, repairing roof to prevent further damage, replacing electrical, etc.
Stage 2: building a few or up to maximum number of floors on top of the large hall AND/OR building to the further most reach of the parking lot to take advantage of the spectacular ravine view (that would mean underground parking).
Stage 3: tearing down present Guido section in front of old school facade (possibly replacing it with a diminished complementary lower section for street access for both restaurant and bank).
AND CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME DECENT RENTAL MARKETING HAPPENING AT ESTONIAN HOUSE ASAP in the meanwhile, especially if we need the money.

Sound great to me. Nice to know that someone is starting to think out of the box.
I don't know where Tõnu Altosaar stands on this issue, but I would love to hear how he would develop 958 Broadview Avenue. Or any other architect in Canada, Estonia or elsewhere, for that matter.
