As a liturgist, I recommend Estonian Church musicians listen to the Mass Music. The Propers are composed by Estonians and can be easily adapted into Lutheran Liturgical Music.
The choir is Vox Clamantis. It's director, Jaan-Eik Tulve teaches Gregorian Chant at the University of Paris. One of their singers, Kadri Hunt has collected an anthology of Estonian choral music. Estonian choral conductors will find that this is also worth a look.

On a visit to 'Pirita klooster', I heard a group of 20 men singing Gregorian chant a capella. It was a wonderful!

Tallinn's best kept secret!
The Pirita guest house is the best place to stay while visiting Tallinn.
It's not only for Catholics! The nuns are welcoming, warm, friendly souls.
It's economical and just a 15 minute bus ride downtown.
It's like any other hotel, except there's no bar. (You can stock up with alcohol at the supermarket accross the road, if need be.)
There's no rock band that will keep you awake all night; no "põdrad" who start drinking beer right after breakfeast; no danger walking around after dark.
Fr. Vello Salo lives there. Alas, he's getting physically frail (at 93). Mentally, he's still OK.
The former freedom fighter, Lagle Parek lives there as an oblate.
Other guests I've met there have been interesting, lovely people.

with the Pope, is the Archbishop for Estonia -- a Frenchman, Phillipe Jourdan. He's a H-D intellectual, speaks mellifluous Estonian, is very active in community activities and, probably, responsible for the rapid growth of Catholicism in Estonia.
