If Karl Vaino, the puppet sent from Stalin's Kremlin to govern Estonia, could just barely speak Estonian, we can be fairly certain that his grandson, Anton, speaks even less, if any.
So what? It's no reflection on Estonians as a whole. None of us should be faulted (or praised) for the deeds (or misdeeds) their forefathers.
