Markus Alliksaar's article holds up well. Seems it has application to actions happening today in the same community.The same carpetbagger again leads the charge, and for what? At last weeks St. Peter's meeting the sellers want to get 'value' out of the church. And for what - a 'value proposition' for a property where they want to post all of the Toronto Estonian Community Builders created funds, where $1.00 of 'community value' ends up being worth ~$0.25?
