All Estonian-speaking Canadians should support this bill. As a direct result of WW I, the Bilingual Education Act which was in effect in most Canadian provinces was scrapped and most non-English language schools were banned. The Anglos should pay restitution to Ukranians, Germans and other ethnic groups who were forced to educate their children in English. This could be a first step to bringing back full-time Estonian language education in Canada as part of a financial restitution program to reverse past injustices.
