While Volpe's methods are very questionable, you should give the guy a break. He was the Minister last year who initiated Estonia's visa review at the behest of 3 Liberal MPs. Thanks to Volpe's actions as minister, Solberg rubber stamped it. The final outcome had nothing to do with Van Loon, Solberg or Harper and would have occured faster under a Liberal gov't.
