For as long as the rest on the global world wants to believe that Russia deserves a chance, absolutely no one is going to take these theories as serious musings over Russia. Putin is too clever a President, and there are too many things that Russia gets away with these days, thanks largely to the goodwill of the USA and its leadership who want Russia to succeed.
