0Are you kidding me ? The title in english is "remember us when we are gone ". This is a lot different than "Lost memories". The incorrect translation leaves a poor impression of the classmates '43. It makes them look "egotistical/ule olevad" which I am sure they weren't. I would never go to see a documentary with a title
"remember us when we are gone".

5Translation is not an exact science. Writing in a second or third language is always tough. Decent people make allowances and hope for the best. Others stay at home and fulminate on the internet. Kõik on lahe ja hea.

3Whoa, friend. Remember us when we are gone makes direct reference to the fact that there was once a generation, almost gone now, that wishes to have their efforts remembered. This is no translation of the Estonian, but a heart-felt expression of look, this is what we did for you. How churlish of you to not understand, or, perhaps, you should have gone to school, graduated in 1943, fought for your people's freedom, and be alive today, to understand this, rather than be a pissant! Enjoy your freedom, but learn your languages.
