1Please consider building next to Latvian House ... it is bound to be cheaper and I would imagine that parking would not be an issue. Plus, light rapid is going in on Eglinton. Please do not alienate members of community by building centre on Madison. It is not too late to change gears ... just like the switch was made from Merton to Broadview with the first house.
