Thank you Mr. Einola, we are on the same page, let's take it even further. Fifty years is a long time to project into the future, what if the "independent" owners of TC decide to cash out for x,y,z reasons, then what do the diaspora Estonians have; a little museum, a courtyard, and a small archetypal house (on a street of mansions). If the branding is an "International Centre" I don't see any architectural or programmatic weight for a destination venue. It's a simple question from a crit in Architecture School: "What is this project about?"

Diversity should always be supported, not suppressed. With all of this uniting of our energies within our community, I wonder when will we see both Jõekääru and Seedrioru summer camps unite in offering our youth a united summer camp experience. I could envision, united summer camps offered to our youth in an alternative venue program (one year at Seedrioru and the next year at Jõekääru.)
