2Yes, a roof-top patio would be fun, but my guess is that we would not get much use of it, most likely not during the winter months.

And haven't you heard? Doug Ford has introduced a new slogan for Ontario: A place to grow ....
The roof top will be a great place to grow cannabis.
Humour aside, we need to look at what the community needs, which is parking spaces for our mobility-challenged and elderly members. A grassy roof-top, something that I would like as well, will probably not be used as much (or at all) during winter months. Removing it in favour of parking is a no-brainer.

Okay so I am writing this slowly so you can follow the thought process.....
A replacement through and over the Lake of Ontario ... great idea but at what cost?
Parking??? Parking for any large event EM is horrible for the handicapped as it is.
The current proposal for drop off at Madison is more than adequate if it is compared to the handicapped parking AND access to EM currently.
As more than occasionally the handicapped parking in front of the official handicapped entrance is occupied with "diplomatic plates"
Please check the qualifications of either AM or VE compared to those of the proposed Madison project.
How many awards have either provocateur EVER been awarded??? okay so one may have won an award from his peers for his performance on DeGrassi, but aside from that what have have any of them won?
