Steam radiator. For illustration only.
The existing Steam Boiler located at 958 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, was manufactured and installed at the site in 1963.

This Boiler is a Weil-McLain Model 84 Commercial grade natural gas fired product, which is extremely durable, with a normal service life of 90 years.

Weil-McLain continues to manufacture nearly identical Boilers at its Burlington, Ontario plant today.

This Boiler contains a modular cast iron 3 pass heat exchanger, which operates at 80 percent efficiency.

This Boiler is over-sized for its current application, because it predates the 1972 addition at 958 Broadview, which reduced the building exterior wall and window area by 25 to 30%.

Products are available today to provide better occupant comfort and temperature control for this Steam Boiler, which we can discuss further.

Beautiful! Music to my ears. Radiant heat from a Boiler. This be the Rolls Royce of heating systems. Forced air in ductwork is nothing but a cesspool of viruses and disease. THOSE Estonians chose wisely.
