Guess I won't be joining the ranks of those rushing to subscribe to the new paper.
Thought there would be more for those of us who find reading estonian a tad difficult.
If Eesti Elu want to appeal to us, (40-ish readers) the same old format with the same old content by the same old writers just doesn't cut it.
The english section needs to be expanded to at least 1/3 of the total paper. Most of the old writers and editors just aren't up to the task. Seems to me there is a need for more writers fluent in english. I believe you have a capable editor already on board.
More in-depth articles on the realities of life in Estonia, political analysis, travel opportunities, where to stay, what to see, investment news and strategies, etc. are needed.
Perhaps the website will evolve into the english section needed so badly.
I'm not giving up hope yet, but please, think about those of us who don't go to most of the events you devote so much space to.
