Silmad vist vaatavad kõõrdi Eesti poole? Kui sellest filmist juba kirjutada, siis võiks nii palju ikka teada, et filmi pealkiri on "Valgus Koordis"!!!
Tegelikult on Peteril hea idee, igavaid aktusi võiks elavdada naljakate Nõukogude Eesti filmidega.
English online toimetuse viga, originaal oli ikka Koordis. Vabandame. Ajakirjaniku viga see polnud.
Hans Leberecht wrote a book that established new boundaries in Soviet Estonian Literature. Valgus Koordis is the best novel to be published in its time.
As usual, Maxim de la Trine is being provocative.
Hans Lebrecht established no new boundaries whatsoever. Quite the opposite. He stayed within the claustrophobic boundaries established Communist Party during the Stalinist period.
For this, he was awarded the Stalin Prize in 1953.
He also sat in Soviet Estonia's Supreme Soviet from 1951-1955. In part, that spans the vile Stalinist period.
Maxim! You should write an autobiography describing what it is that's the matter with your head.

It's a crying shame that the great Georg Ots should have to sing in a Soviet film glorifying the establishment of collective farms in Estonia. Be certain that he did not enjoy that role.
Peeter Bush -- in an otherwise fine article, you describe Georg Ots as a "well known singer." That's a huge understatement! In reality, Georg Ots ranked among the elite of operatic baritones of his time. Were it not for the iron curtain, he would have been world famous for his interpretations of Verdi, Mozart and the Russian repertoire.
