sexual harrassment has been widely reported to European female visitors (not elephants)
A british traveller Khuram was murdered in one of these areas by thugs associated with the ruling family.His Russian girlfriend Alexandra was assaulted too.

Otherwise, Touriasts can visit neighbouring India with beautiful elephants., more importantly safe

The sinhalese buddhists are only compassionate towards animals but are happy to see the Tamil people killed and/or tortured.
