Excellent article. Kudos to EWR for posting Dr. Goble's well-researched and thought out articles, most notably those such as this one, to do with Estonia. But all moves by Putin should be known in the complacent and ignorant West!!!

The Stalin/Putin agenda is to recreate the pre WWI Russian empire.
The City of London (global bankers headquarters) goal is to recreate their Lenin/Trotsky subservient USSR and gain control over Russia's resources via their puppet allies.
Both visions are bad !!
