Ingrid Tanner has been offering to pick up the slack at the present Estonian House for the longest time to improving income through rentals etc, but Eesti Maja board can't seem to receive her emails (see previous articles/comments) .... I suggest the board use older technology such as picking up the telephone, in that case.
Ingrid Tanner was a member of the mob that tried to destroy Ehatare, so, before getting her involved in the managment of Eesti Maja, the comments that she posted on Facebook should be printed here, in the EWR.

I am not a huge facebook users - never have been. So I can assure you there are not facebook posts to find.
I wrote an open letter in the Estonian paper about "Poor Public Relations" by the the then board of the Ehatare after the termination of Rosie.
That is all.
And as expected... I was labeled as anti Ehatare. I just did a search in Eesti Elu and found my article and the reaction to it online.
Thus, if anyone whats the REAL story... just go look it up.
Did I want to help Ehatare... yes. I work in the apartment rental industry and felt I could contribute positively at Ehatare. It is a building with renters - the only difference was that all the tenants were seniors.
The residents at Ehatare really loved Rosie (still do since she is back as a volunteer at least the last time I spoke with her) and they were devastated when they heard she had been terminated.
The board's response was "we know best".
They should have hired a Public Relations firm... and most likely none of this would be a story again.

... was finally resolved with an out-of-Court settlement and (probably) without offering complete satisfaction to Rosie or Ehatare's Board.
While it was still heading to Court, the principles refrained from public commentary, as required by convention. There were no constraints on third-party mountebanks, unfortunately, and Ehatare's Board was cowardly in its failure to counter their slanders and sabotage.
Today, it's worth re-examining the matter because the conspicious mountbank, Allan Meiusi, wishes to regulate the Eesti Maja re-development, again, from the sidelines.
If the general public knew what he did at Ehatare, they would handle him like nuclear waste.

I have nothing to hide... no conspiracy happened.. no take over of the board was planned... please recall there was 4 people who wanted to go on the board that year. All 4 of us had skills that would have complemented the current board at Ehatare.
and 4 new members could NOT possibly over-rule a board that had like 10 members... 4 votes to 10 votes
