Many people learn new languages by translating exercises. This is an opportunity to grow the numbers of people who understand and use Estonian!
There are automated book scanners, maybe even for rental use. Maybe we could have a PDF archive of the books in addition to a physical library. Those at a distance could still enjoy them and practice their Estonian.

Tartu College has been a venue for interesting lectures on Estonian themes. Finding someone to discuss Estonian literature there might encourage some of the younger generation to explore this area.

The wholesome teenagers who participated in the survival camp at Kotkajärve probably understand Estonian, but can't speak it. They are good candidates for immersion into Estonian culture. Having Estonian grandparents isn't quite enough to establish national identity.
Passing our heritage on to them, at more than a symbolic level, would be a gift they'd thank us for later in life.
