Shareholders' concerns should be aired at shareholder's meetings.
In this public forum, we can see too many kibitzers and self-appointed know-it-alls on the sidelines. They have no skin in the game, but feel entitled to manage our business.

Protection for shareholders from hostile take-overs is part of the process. Why should a public forum be so frustrating?
With the sale of the EH finalised I surmise that Väino’s purpose here has expired. Hoping the same for those who share his arrogant, vindictive mentality against the majority of our community.
