While I am not surprised that this new empire is debating the banning of political symbols, something that is usually only seen in totalitarian dictatorships, I thought that it would not do so until its power was more firmly entrenched. Once symbols are banned then books, magazines, music, political parties, individuals who advocate separatism and anything else that the EU does not approve of is soon to follow. When this monstrosity finally falls and its members regain their independence, hopefully sooner rather than later, I am sure that its flag will be seen as a symbol of evil and displaying it will probably be banned in all its former member states.
