Bad case of lustrational backlash-that's what I'd call it. Eastern Europe has suffered from it like a bad run of gastroenteritis. At least in Poland doesn't have to deal with pederasty in the Church. And what they do have to deal with, they're doing admirably enough. I admire Poles enormously!
