Unless you've "singed away" your copyright, your family still owns it. Copyright laws are international, meaning that the ones in Estonia are likely very similar to those here in Canada. It's up to you to claim and enforce your copyright. If you feel that someone is violating it, you should speak with a lawyer - you may be entitled to compensation too if someone has been using, broadcasting or exhibiting the songs without permission from YOU.
The issue with the copyright in the Danish examples is a bit more foggy but if they are unique, the copyright is owned by the organization or individual that owns the master recordings.

0You sound like you know about these things. We've pondered them but haven't taken it any further... wondering if it's worth the hassle, after all, Harry would probably love that his songs are still being listened to, but... it's the principal of the thing... they could have asked!
