When was the last time this jerk had anything nice to say about anyone ? It appears that in 2009 he did not have a permanent living permit in Estonia. Why would a Canadian who doesn't like Estonians want to stay in Estonia ? He is also confused about Canadians being American. It sounds like he is a wannabe American.
