Appreciate this concise summary of the EM2 imbroglio. Not all of us support the condo, loss of real estate, ie equity, deal. That being said, the board's hands are somewhat tied. The community is dwindling, and having a decrepit, out-of-date EM go bankrupt is nobody's desire. A Catch-22....
