3Thanks. This at least settles all the speculation about 25 or 37 elected reps.
Still, EKN could have done a bit better job explaining it before the election. I certainly had no idea, but I guess it was my own fault. Everybody talked about 25.

9I too am one of the many stupid community members who thought it was 25 along. I don't feel deceived or that I was misled by advertising that clearly said that there will be 25 members in EKN, because I should have read the põhikiri on EKN's non-existent website. There is no conflict of interest in the esimees changing the number to 37 after the results were posted. It's good that his friends and family now retain their places in such an honest, transparent and democratic way. All of this is perfectly normal. I only wish that he had the power to arrest these dummies who keep talking about process and accountability. What a bunch of losers!

0To be fair - EKN.ca was lost to cyberspace a year or more ago due to incompetence. That website never had a copy of the constitution available online. A new website (perhaps not even official) suddenly appeared during the election which recently posted a copy of the constitution.
Is the current juhatus so completely out of touch that they believe that all voters stampeded to the constitution when it appeared online - just as they seem to believe everyone is OK with being misled?
The voters believed EKN when they advertised the election of a 25 person EKN. If EKN juhatus knew that it was a 37 person assembly, why did it not advertise it as such? Does the EKN esimees and juhatus itself not know what it is doing?
A very unfortunate and embarrassing situation that requires full accounting.
