Technically, the proposal is appealing. Tork has done a nice job.
Financial feasibility remains an open question, unfortunately, and political obstacles related to zoning, heritage status and the objections of by-standing meddlers (like Meiusi's pal Matthews) remain unaddressed.

14For $25, Meiusi can get a lawyer to send a letter of "cease and desist". If that fails, he should sue for slander. That's only possible IF what has been said about him is not true and amounts to unfair comment.
If what has been said about Meiusi is true, on the other hand, then EWR should not erase the comments. That's good for Meiusi, but not good for the community!
