8I am truly puzzled. There are those who truly are community minded. Cute and quaint, I acknowledge. The cynics in our community don't appreciate/understand this, and expect those working on this initiative to be on the take.

1Good question, 'Question', I surmise not enough for what you and others are thinking, and once the "Life Safety - Means of Egress/Exits Analysis" is done, even less. The current Design is essentially a 1970's Airport Lounge. I suppose Airports are "Internationale". As Vietnam was to Johnson a 'flawed undertaking' from the very beginning, so is this schema.

13If the IEC hosts an event with free food and booze, there will be no room to breathe.
On the other hand, if admission is restricted to estophiles, we'll have plenty of room for dining and dancing.
