It is a pleasure to read such a thorough, comprehensive and well thought out assessment and proposal, all 3 parts. I do hope you folks graduate to positions of authority and power at Peetri Kirik so that a revitalized congregation can grow and prosper.
Now we need to go the next step and publish Part 4 with a formal analysis of the numbers, the market, and how this will put the church on a profitable path for at least the next five years. Hilary, could you take on this since it looks like you have a good understanding of how this plan is going to make the congregation grow and prosper? Otherwise how can we be sure we won't make a huge mistake?
Yes, a formal business plan is needed.
VEMU already provides the community with cultural events all for the cost of a voluntary donation at the door without the need to fundraise $50,000 for a cultural fund or requiring annual membership fees. I suggest you drop that idea from the plan to avoid duplication/conflict.
How many organizations moved from Eesti Maja to Peetri Kirik?

how many organizations have moved out of Peetri Kirik over the decades?
That might be called attrition! Most of St. Peter’s organizations have not moved away; they simply died!!! 😟 … so they will only return on judgment day!!!
Many of the organizations moved to the Estonian House. I remember when the scouts met at our church years ago. Now that we no longer have the various scout and guide groups that met at so many different locations, it may be time to start thinking of using the church hall again.
I wonder, did these organizations that moved to the Estonian House pay for the use of those facilities? How much did they pay. Will that be enough to keep the church alive? A proper business plan should show what the potential is for the church to survive. So far we have seen nothing. It's all just wishful thinking.
The Friendzies don’t realize that they’re beating a dead horse that’s already left the barn.
If you don't believe in the power of prayer, what is it really your business to be concerned about what happens to the church?
Calling the church a dead horse is black magic. Shame on you. Return to sender.
Pray like it is all up to The Creator, and work like it is all you to you.
People are actually doing that. It is how we manifest our best reality and walk together in Christ.

So the use of an analogy to illustrate the hopelessness of the “friendzies“ plan is akin to black magic but their egregiously insulting suggestion that it’s ok to do downward dog in front of the Cross in the Sanctuary is perfectly fine.
It's worse than that! The frienzies are led by a group that is trying its best to pull the wool over our eyes by presenting these totally useless suggestions that will only result in our blessed congregation to lose everything and so become unable to do what is most important to them... and that is to pray... everything else is irrelevant. The underlying message behind their activities is that the congregation is irrelevant and should be thrown under the bus in order to save a building. Well, that ain't gonna happen!!!
