Justine the Canadian Princess Warrior (CPW) is stepping down only IF a "new" leader is voted in. This may occur at the end of March.
Parliament is "frozen" until that time. Once back in session, a non-confidence motion will be voted on. If that goes through, there will be an%@!#$& Which would occur in sometime in late spring or early summer.
So until that time Justine CPW or his replacement will still be PM. Which in effect is no change.
