ATMs and card payments of all banks are working smoothly after adoption of euro

The Euro changeover in Estonia is progressing successfully. ATMs and card payments of Swedbank, SEB, Nordea and Sampo are working smoothly as of 07:39 am.

Sampo Pank reopened the usage of its ATMs and card payments to its clients at 4:00 am on January 1. Swedbank opened internet bank with the main functionalities for its customers at 3:09 am. Krediidipank opened its internet bank and usage of bank cards at 3:39 am.

The timetable of the reopening of services of all the commercial banks after the changeover can be found at euro.eesti.ee.
There are 867 ATMs in Estonia and more than 25 000 card payment terminals.
