The conference theme will focus some central issues of concern for the Baltic-American community, including the legacy of communism, promoting democracy beyond the Baltics, engaging Russia, transatlantic relations, and NGO and business development and partnerships.
JBANC will be coordinating its conference with the US-Baltic Foundation’s A Baltic Celebration, which will be held the evening of March 5, 2005.
