Baltics agree joint power market, Sweden link

VILNIUS, April 27 (Reuters) - The prime ministers of the three ex-Soviet Baltic states said on Monday they had agreed on creating a common electricity market, and to build a power interconnection under the Baltic sea from Sweden to Lithuania.
