Linnea, a brownie and Liisbet, a guide, both from Põhjala Tütred, churn "jõuluvorst" sausage stuffing in preparation for the Christmas Craft Sale ("Jõululaat") on November 10, from 9-14 at Eesti Maja. These sausages have buyers queuing up outside the doors a full hour before the Craft Sale opens, so if you're looking to score a few kilos of this gourmet Christmastime must-have, best to come early...very early. Only 185kg have been made, and that tends to sell out by 9.30am. New this year in limited quantities - 'marble' sausage!
