The government of crisis-hit Estonia said Thursday it planned to borrow euro415 million ($550 million) from two European banks as a buffer against the country's deepening economic crisis.
Estonia will borrow euro150 million from Sweden's Swedbank AB and euro265 million from the European Investment Bank (EIB), the government said in a statement.
