The debate will take place at at Tartu College, 310 Bloor St. West, Toronto and virtually via Zoom, 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) or 8 p.m. Estonian time, (UTC+2).
It will be moderated by Martin Ehala, opinion editor at Estonian daily Postimees, and Reet Marten Sehr of the Estonian World Council (ÜEKN) and the EKN.
EWR was prepared to carry the event live on its website, but since the organizers could not provide equal representation for all the parties represented in Riigikogu, EWR will follow the lead of Estonian National Broadcaster ERR and not publish the debate.
