POSITION SUMMARY: Implements activation programmes to meet the various physical, psychological, social, recreational and spiritual needs of residents and assists in monitoring their needs and progress. Part-time position, may include weekends and evenings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Successful completion of certificate, diploma or degree from an approved programme in the areas of Activation, Kinesiology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Gerontology, Recreation Leadership, Registered Nurses Assistant Programme or equivalent knowledge/experience. Human relations skills required to handle a variety of interactions with residents. English and Estonian proficiency preferred.
