Estonia is on track to qualify for euro adoption in the fourth quarter, and the country should be accepted into the euro area even though its economy is plummeting, Estonian Finance Minister Ivari Padar said.
"It's very simple: if a country meets all the criteria, the euro zone will accept this country," said Padar in a telephone interview with Dow Jones Newswires late Thursday.
