ERR Government Office strategy director Keit Kasemets says that although Estonia is in the EU vanguard in terms of innovation growth, it should create a better framework for private investment.
Estonia is 13th among 27 EU countries, but has some problems it should address, one of which, says Kasemets, is how to increase private sector spending alongside public spending on innovation.
