Estonia must learn from the mistakes of Latvia

Estonia should take into account mistakes of its neighbor Latvia to avoid the liquidity crisis, i.e. further cut spending, trim wages and use accumulated reserves, the Baltic Business News Channel/LETA quoted Professor of London School of Economics Charles Goodhart.
