A larger than usual contingent of Estonians participated in the traditional raising of the Estonian Flag at Toronto's City Hall to mark our Independence Day on February 24. The Saturday morning ceremony coincided with scout and guide meetings, the Rajaleidjate hellakesed (brownies) were among the many
youngsters present. Standing in front of the flag pole are, from the left in the front row: Silvi Raud, Liina Sadul, Kaili Kald, Maili Vessmann and Katrina Jõgeda. In the back row are their leaders Eva Kütti, Sandra Vanaselja and Ingrid Kütt.
