The Estonian Parliamentary elections are approaching with threatening speed and the next step in this process is important to know. February 4th is the deadline for citizens to submit written applications to the Ottawa Estonian Embassy for voting by mail.
The Embassy invites all who cannot fulfill their citizen’s responsibility by voting at the consulate general in the Toronto Estonian House or the emabssy in Ottawa, or those who cannot vote electronically because of a lost ID card or PIN munber, to vote by mail.
To vote by mail, you must mail to the Ottawa embassy (260 Dalhousie St., Suite 210, Ottawa, ON, K1N 7E4) or scan and e-mail to: , the following:
1) the application to vote by mail.
2) a copy of official personal ID.
The following are dates for voting at the embassy and consulate general:
Estonian Ottawa embassy (260 Dalhousie St., Suite 210, Ottawa, ON, K1N 7E4)
February 21 and 22, from 10:00 am – 18:00 pm.
Consulate General in Toronto Estonian House (958 Broadview Ave., Toronto, ON, M4K 2R6
February 22 and 23, From 11:00 am – 20.00 pm.
To vote, please bring a current official ID (includes Estonian passport, Estonian ID card, Candian passport).
