Call for DIRECTORS
The 2020 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in January 2021 in a Virtual format as the pandemic has restricted in-person meetings. Some directors are standing for re-election. The Board is also accepting applications for new directors.
Ehatare needs directors with an uncompromised commitment to the needs of our Estonian elders. In addition, the Board needs diversity: individuals with strong familiarity with finance, fundraising, health care, law or property development.

According to our bylaws the nomination should be accompanied by the endorsement of 5% of the voting members, i.e. 5 members
