Marit Kelgo, Estonian Free Press Although one of the positive effects of economical depression might be the opportunity to change low skilled workers for more qualified ones, it seems that Estonia decided to miss this chance.
At one of the Estonian largest lakes there is a luxury holiday complex built without caring too much about the costs. Traditional houses with fancy terraces stand next to a blue swimming pool which makes many minds feel like being in a Mediterranean beach hotel.
Pity is that, the main difference with what the Mediterranean hotels is the quality of the staff as – no surprises, honestly – the one working in Estonia did not receive any kind of work training.
