On his 74th birthday, president Arnold Ruutel will aloow access to greetings book in which the puiblic can wish him well during a four hour period at the presidential palace.

Aripeav states that the Strategic Initiatives Centre, lead by ex-prime ministerial counsel Linnar Viik, will start consulting with businesses on finding new business trategies. Fees are expected in the hundreds of thousands of crowns.
