ERR NewsAnalysts have proposed lowering the election threshold for entry into Parliament in order to stimulate real political debate within the governing institution.
"The Reform Party has been adroit at writing all the coalition's victories in its own name and putting down all the blunders for their coalition partners," Rein Taagepera, a political science professor at the University of Tartu, told ETV.
