BBN The following is the list of achivements as reported by the Estonian government in 2009.
1) The government has continued work towards the adoption of the euro and improved the budget position by 9% of GDP.
2) Launch of measures for improving access to capital for Estonian companies in the total amount of EEK 6.1 billion.
