This year we have selected Sugarbush in Warren, Vermont/Mad River Valley as our Esto Ski Trip location. Sugarbush provides some of the best terrain in the East and the resort is easy to get walk around and/or with a great shuttle bus service. "The Valley" as locals call it, is full of Vermont charm and EMPTY of stop lights and fast food joints. Quirky shops, great restaurants, artisan galleries, covered bridges, church steeples, and more…all strung together by the winding Mad River. To learn more about the resort log on to

Thursday 8pm – Welcome Party at Timbers
Friday TBD - Cross Country Race
Friday 4pm-6pm – Après Ski informal social gathering at Castle Rock Pub (kids allowed there)
Saturday morning – Downhill Race, NASTAR course. More race details to follow.
Saturday - 7pm – 11pm Awards Dinner and Party at Gate House Lodge
SUGARBUSH LODGING
You will book your lodging directly through Sugarbush. We have negotiated group rates and are holding a block of rooms. We have worked closely with Sugarbush Group sales to try and keep our units as close together as possible for easy visitation, etc. Please see rate chart below. Identify yourself as a member of the Estonian Ski Club and follow these steps:
· Group members should call 1-800-53SUGAR to book your room and identify yourself as a member of the Estonian Ski Club. You may begin booking on 10/18/10.
· An initial deposit of one night’s stay is due on credit card at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due in full upon check in.
· A credit card number will remain on file through the end of your stay for incidentals or damage. Each unit is responsible for themselves.
· There will be a cancellation penalty if you cancel under 30 days.
· Additional rooms may be added based on availability and demand. Aini will be working with our group leader at Sugarbush throughout the process,

Group lift ticket rates have been negotiated and are listed on your sign up sheet.

Sugarbush also has wonderful kids half day and full day programs.
